  • Registration Data: Name prefix, first name, last name, gender, date of birth, marital status, contact details (mobile, WhatsApp number, email), and interests.
  • Sensitive Personal Data: photos, educational qualifications, employment details, and other personal details you choose to share.
  • Financial Information: Payment details such as bank account information, debit/credit card numbers, or UPI data for paid services.
  • User Testimonials: Success stories,  you request to  submit.
  • Customer Support: Information shared for support inquiries.
  • Social Sharing: Options to share profiles via WhatsApp.

ii. Information Not Directly Submitted by You

  • Device Information: IP address, device ID, type, browser, operating system.

3. Information We Collect & Required Permissions

We collect and use your data to:

  • Provide and manage your account and matchmaking services.
  • Personalize recommendations and display your profile to potential matches.
  • Improve customer support and resolve issues.
  • Communicate with you via email or phone regarding promotions or service updates.

Required Permissions

Our app requires the following permissions:

  • Camera Access: Allows users to take and upload profile pictures.
  • Photo Library Access: Enables users to choose and upload a profile picture from their device.
  • Notifications: Sends important updates, including match suggestions, messages, and service-related alerts.

We only request these permissions when needed, and you can manage them anytime in your device settings.

We do not collect, store, or process any additional metadata from your photos, such as location data (GPS), depth information, captions, or audio. Any photo you select is used only for your profile and is not shared without your consent.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

  • Other Users: Your profile will  not shared by outside user.
  • Service Providers: Data may be shared with third-party service providers (hosting, maintenance, payment processing) under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Compliance: We may share data in response to lawful requests from authorities.

5. You have the right to :

  • Access, update, or delete your personal data through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Correct or remove inaccurate information.
  • Opt out of certain data processing activities, subject to applicable law.

7. Data Retention

Profile pictures uploaded by users are stored securely on our servers.

If you delete your account, all stored images are permanently deleted.

We do not retain or process any other personal data beyond what is necessary for account functionality.

Your personal data is retained as long as your account remains active.

How to Delete Your Account Permanently:

  1. Open the app and go to your profile.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  3. Tap on "Delete My Account".
  4. Confirm by selecting "Yes".

8. No Cookies or Tracking Technologies 

Our app does not use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies to collect user data. Any data collected is explicitly provided by users or required for the functioning of our services.

9. International Data Transfers Our app operates at an international level, but all user data is stored securely within the app and is not transferred outside its environment unless explicitly shared by the user.

Users have the option to share certain data (such as profile details) via WhatsApp with the admin for support or verification purposes. This sharing is entirely voluntary and controlled by the user.

If any international processing is required in the future, we will implement appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, to ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.

10. Policy Updates We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or in-app notifications before the updated policy takes effect.

How to Delete Your Account Permanently:

  1. Open the app and go to your profile.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  3. Tap on "Delete My Account".
  4. Confirm by selecting "Yes".
